Southern California Fair 2025

We went to the fair! I was do eager to see if I won any ribbons. 

After standing in a long line to get in, we headed to the expo area. Here are my blankets and sweater.

I really feel sad, fifth? This was my very best. 

Well, it’s still mine, and I love it. It’s cozy, cuddly and fluffy. I use it on the couch while watching tv.

This is a semi sweater. Short sleeve, heavy but comfy.  The lace in the frame isn’t mine. 

They hung my paws upside down. Oh well. 

Dwight was smiling, until he saw me aiming my phone. He loves those Colonel Clinker Dogs!

After eating, we went looking for my miniatures. In the meantime, we saw farm animals.

This makes me so sad.  I really shouldn’t eat cow anymore. 

Or turkey.  I swear he’s showing off his gorgeous tail, looking at me. 

Nekid sheep!  

I don’t want to eat pigs either. Dwight said if we had a way, we could take one home.  A particular one he saw.  

After this, we went back to the expo room. Looked again. It was the 4th time!  We were upset, I started to think they lost them. We finally found them in a dark cabinet.  It was hard to see in there. I told them they all had lights. I showed them the switch.  Oh well. I won a first and second place ribbons. 

We went to watch the Doo Wa Riders!! 

It was so good to wee them. I love their upbeat cajun music!  

I played a frozen shirt game. We were to open up and put on a frozen shirt. It was twisted, and frozen hard into a lump. Dwight was motivating me while I smacked the shirt hard onto the stage. “MSG Andrews! Major Phillips!  He even got Wexler in the mix. “SGT Aguirre!” Helped a lot. Very motivational cheerleading there. Made me laugh so hard, I was crying and screaming. Too much fun. I won first place. Then took photos, and went to help one of the girls with hers. 

This was suspicious. Read the signs! LOL! 

Here’s my souvenir. He’s adorable!  Food was excessively expensive. So I spent on this little guy, and bought a churro and stuffed jalapeños at Jack in the Box on the way home. Monster churro is crazy good!!!

Also along the way, I bought a surprise bag from young girls selling goat’s milk soaps. I got apple body spray, the best watermelon lip balm, and three soap slices different Fall scents. Dwight’s souvenirs were crystals.
